I have worked with Toby Judge as our water services contractor over the past 5 years. He has carried out the following works for us during that time;

We have a long professional relationship with UI Solutions and its proprietor, Toby Judge. Having now used the services of your company twice to put right less than competent work carried out by a general builder, I have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone needing work doing to their underground mains water supply. Your company was one of several suggested by Affinity Water, based on previous customer feedback. Having made the appointment for you to come and quote for the work, you kept me updated with your time of arrival, arriving as arranged. Our work was carried out by Craig. He arrived early, was polite and courteous, and certainly earned his money digging in less than ideal conditions. Repairs made, our driveway and patio were reinstated and all mess removed from the site. Add to all this your 10-year warranty on the work done and I think overall I have had fantastic value for money and future peace of mind. Thank you.
Having already been let down twice by another contractor who had failed to turn up, I found Toby from UI Solutions on the Affinity Water website listed as an approved installer for Affinity. He was also conveniently local. I was pleasantly surprised, on ringing Toby, when he said he could call round to give me a quote later that day. Toby impressed me at first meeting with his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. He was also friendly, pleasant and not at all pushy. The installation was not straightforward as I shared my water supply with my neighbour. However, Toby provided me with two separate quotes: one for the work to be carried out on both properties and the other for if I had the pipe replaced on my property only. Toby regularly uses two engineers Scott and Craig, both qualified plumbers, to carry out the groundwork. Scott and Craig were both pleasant, reliable and hard working. They replaced the pipework, fitting an outside stop to each property, all set up for water meters. The work was carried out to a high standard in poor weather conditions, with excellent pipework and a neat finish. I would highly recommend Toby and his team.
