At UI Solutions we undertake reactive underground water leaks on a daily basis.

We can work on pipe work from 15mm to 6”. We hold a huge stock of both pipe and materials minimizing unnecessary delays in trying to source fittings at short notice.

Some recent emergency water leak repairs
Job one

UI solutions traced out and marked up a leak, set up a safe working site and excavated using a 1.5 tonne digger.

We exposed a leak on a buried 3” valve, we re-packed the leaking valve and repair the leak.

We installed 280mm x 430mm PVC sections and a D400 frame and cover. We set with concrete and backfilled with type1 granular road stone.

We installed C40 concrete to make good.

Job two

UI solutions attended site due to a leaking and broken external stop tap.

We set up a safe working site and CAT scanned the proposed working area.

We excavated and exposed the leaking stop tap. We installed a new 25mm MDPE stop valve.

We tested our installation and checked everyone’s water was back on.

We left the site safe until reinstatements took place.

Re-attended site, backfilled with type 1 granular road stone.
Reinstate existing slabs.

Attend site and cut out leak 3” water main and replace with 90mm MDPE and VJ couplings

We attended and rectified a leak on a 3” cast iron water main.

We excavated the leak with a JCB, we cut out the old water main and installed new 90mm MDPE and VJ couplings.
