The Company was formed in September 2015 by Toby Judge.
Toby started out as a plumbing apprentice in July 2002, working for a local based Plumbing company whilst attending college.
Three years later in 2005 Toby moved to an Underground water Company as a labourer / Junior plumber, over the next decade Toby progressed to a Moling Technician, Team leader, Customer service technician, Customer service manager, Account Manager and finally Senior Account manager.
In September 2015 Toby decided to start UI Solutions.
We offer a comprehensive 24/7 call out service and we aim to be on-site within two hours from your initial works request.
All of our works are supported with a full Innovative Works Report, allowing you to see, at-a-glance, the full extent of the works, removing the need for unnecessary site visits. Here at UI Solutions we are constantly improving the way we deliver reliable solutions to complex underground services and how we communicate with clients We undertake all works involving water services from repairing leaks to replacing entire pipe runs , with no job too big or small.

I started at the very bottom of the industry and have worked in every single role whilst progressing over the years, this gives me broad understating on how the industry works and what I need to do to fulfil our client’s needs.
It really isn’t hard, listen to the customer, understand their needs and requirements. Provide a competitive quote, then do exactly what you have agreed on. If anything needs to change, make sure the clients understands and agrees to it.
Just be fair and reasonable with people and there’s no reason you can’t maintain and longstanding working relationship.
